First-Time Managers Training Programme
The First-Time Managers Training Program is designed to equip individuals who are transitioning into their first management roles with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in their new positions. This comprehensive program consists of three days of intensive classroom training, followed by four live online workshops, and concludes with a final two days of in-person classroom training. Participants will gain a strong foundation in leadership, communication, team management, and decision-making, setting them up for success as first-time managers.
